Return Policy

If you purchased your Serene Innovations products from a retail store, please contact that store for their return policy.


U.S. and Canada Purchases

If you purchased your product from our on-line store and within 30 days are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call or e-mail to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less the shipping, handling, and restocking charge of 10% of the purchase). Any return without a RAN on the Return Form will be rejected. All returned items must be complete, in new condition and must be in the original packing. All shipping must be prepaid. Follow these steps when returning a product:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) (click here).
  2. Complete the Return Form (click here) and make sure you put down the RAN number; returns without a RAN will be rejected, no exceptions. Print the completed Return Form and put it with the items to be returned.
  3. Pack Your Return: Wrap your item carefully in a box and enclose the completed Return Form. MARK THE RAN NUMBER on the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Drop your package in a mailbox or ship from any U.S. post office. If you prefer, use another shipping method of your choice.

  5. We will contact you by e-mail or by phone to notify you that your return has been processed and that your credit card (same credit card used in the original purchase) is credited. You should expect the credit in your account 10-14 days after we have received your return.

Overseas Purchases (outside U.S. and Canada)

All sales are final and there are no returns allowed.
